Project: Marketing Strategy
Brief:
Seeking to appoint an all-purpose marketing agency to oversee the end-to-end delivery of all marketing activity
Idea:
Shakespeare Media are intrinsically involved and passionate about the destination. Using their local knowledge and expertise of the area to work alongside key stakeholders including the local BID and Council to build relationships and bring it back to the locals; reminding them of what’s here.
Marketing Strategy:
Full management of: Reporting, Creative, PR, Site Visits/Tenant & Site Management Liaison, Events & Experiential, Media Campaigns, Social Media Management, Email Management, Website Management, Content Management, Local Advertising, Signage, Bell Court Guide, Christmas Decorations.
Results:
3 year strategy and part way through year 1. Feedback from monthly reporting shows growth across social media, the Bell Court website and across the board. Footfall increased in 2022 by 25.1% on previous year. Social media followers increased.
