Brief:
To promote visitors to come to Worcester over the summer to shop, wine, dine and enjoy the local attractions that the city has to offer.
Idea:
Target adults by geo location (Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire), audiences and interests.
Solution:
Tailored campaign that included: Instream radio advert created by Shakespeare Creative and ran across Bauers brands: Absolute, Kiss, Magic, Kerrang, Hits Radio, Greatest Hits, Scala. Google Display Network displaying Worcester BID’s colourful GIF adverts, You Tube Pre-Roll video adverts and Display digital adverts across Ozone across their Major News websites, for example: TimeOut, Stylish, Independent, The Guardian, The Standard, Empire, Mumsnet, Huffington Post, Buzzfeed, Hello Magazine
Results:
- Nearly 1 million impressions across Google Network
- Over 14,000 YouTube video views
- Consistently high levels of engagement across Major news, surpassing their KPIs
